We have been in the building industry for 15 years now. Working mostly in South East London. Our main areas of business are:

Refurbishments:

Our team of builders are all skilled tradesmen enabling us to offer high quality work done in a proffesional manner. We are efficient and competitive in our pricing and generally complete jobs on time and within budgets. We love to hear your ideas or plans for your space and work out how to realise your wishes. The mainstay of our business is now Extensions, Loft conversions and whole hose refurbs. We do take on smaller tasks at the same time so do give us a call to see if we can help. 

 

For Lofts we generally hope to complete in 8 weeks. The same for side return extensions on typical south east london victorian terrace. Internal refurbishments  - for the whole house are generally 12 weeks. 

 

OTHER WORK: As part of any major project there are various different trades required. Most work is done in house by skilled trademen, Subbed out work is generally where certification is need for gas and electrical installations and that's about it. 

Painting and decorating:

We like to do the finishing on projects ourselves so we keep a dedicated team of finishers for tiling decorting and floor sanding.

Areas:

We are based in South  East London and most of our work is here. Mainly due to childcare commitments on my part!

 

Advice and quotes: 

All advice and quotes are of course free. Should you wish to decorate or garden yourself to keep costs down or for enjoyment we're happy to advise. In addition we also hire out our decorators tools and kit to those on a low income - with a deposit to cover damage of course. For those who want to work along side us on work to keep the costs down this we also do.
